Tesla Model 3 Reservation System Dropped For North American Customers

Now that the company has finally met its production target for the Model 3, its first mass-market electric sedan, it’s finally dropping the reservation system for customers in the United States and Canada. There is a catch, though, as the system isn’t going to be taking orders for the $35,000 model.


A Quarter Of U.S. Tesla Model 3 Reservations Reportedly Refunded

The Tesla Model 3 is the first mass-market electric car from the company with prices starting at $35,000. Hundreds of thousands of people placed orders for the car when it was announced a couple of years ago but production issues have prevented the company from meeting its delivery schedules. According to a new report, almost a quarter of U.S. reservations for the Model 3 have now been refunded.


Tesla Model 3 International Delivery Pushed To 2019

Tesla has only delivered a handful of Model 3 units outside the United States but it’s yet to properly begin international delivery of its first mass-market electric car. The company had previously said that it would begin international delivery in the second half of this year but CEO Elon Musk has now revealed that the left-hand drive Model 3 variants will be launched in Asia and Europe next year.
