Miele has just announced a new hybrid compact vacuum cleaner based on the Miele S4 which offers a cord-free solution for folks who hate tripping over wires while they’re busy cleaning up their apartment, and does away with the need to constantly shuffle among power outlets in your home since the vacuum can rely on its battery mode automatically whenever the power cable reaches its maximum length. When powered by the mains, this hybrid device will boast 1800W of cleaning power, while operating at one third of that in battery mode for a maximum of 20 minutes. There is no word on pricing though, but homekeepers ought to check this out.
