Apple offers Windows 7 support with Boot Camp update

Apple’s latest update of its Boot Camp software will see the support of Windows 7, thanks to the introduction of new drivers and utilities that play nice with Microsoft’s latest operating system. Apart from that, Apple has also rolled out its maiden security update for the year, addressing a dozen vulnerabilities in the process. The Boot Camp software update is now at version 3.1 for both 32-bit and 64-bit users of Windows 7, featuring native support for the Home Premium, Professional and Ultimate versions of Windows 7. Among the vulnerabilities addressed will include CoreAudio, the Flash Player plug-in, OpenSSL, Image RAW and Image IO. Anyone given this update a go yet, and how do you find it?
