trueCall lets you talk only to people you know

[CES 2010] Picture this – how many times have you sat down with the rest of your family to enjoy a nice meal after a long day at the office (or maybe lounging on your favorite lazy chair with your favorite TV channel on), only to have that special time interrupted by a phone call, who above all is a telemarketer? trueCall aims to make that a thing of the past, where it is touted to stop up to 98% of nuisance calls. The trueCall will learn through time as you reject numbers that you do not want to receive calls from, where it can store up to 1,000 numbers on who to reject and who to accept. In addition, if you opt for a trueCall Call Recorder memory card, you are able to record all your phone calls in 70 hour and 140 hour segments, depending on the capacity of the memory card, of course. All trueCall owners can access the Internet Control Panel to manage their database of flagged incoming numbers as well as barred ones, although you might have to fork out a yearly fee for this. Currently, trueCall is looking for a business partner to introduce it to the US market (it has already received all the relevant approvals by various bodies here) – any takers?
