Attrito poles actually tell the time

What you see here is not some sort of relic from the future, where it is known as Attrito – Italian for “friction”. Designed by Shane Roepe, these function as time bars where each of them will sit parallel to the other, where both will identify to you that moment in time you look upon them. Each bar will hold hours and minutes, where the latter is listed in increments of 5, and will be laser etched into the enclosure courtesy of an LED backlight. Whenever the enclosure slides over the light, it will subsequently display the time in a precise manner. Both bars are symmetrical at noon, and it comes in a lovely shade of blue. This is definitely Tokyoflash material for the home, that’s for sure.
