South Korean designer Bon Seop Ku has come up with a new concept design for Samsung (it was either that or LG, especially when you take into consideration one’s patriotism) known as the Samsung Aqua. This concept was inspired by drawing on the table with water, where a progressive design aims to be the main attraction for next generation customers. A transparent body will work in tandem with a graphical user interface (GUI) that seemingly is made out of water – but is actually a graphical representation of the life giving liquid via its AMOLED display. Icons can be deleted simply by rubbing the segment of the display away. It will take a fair number of years before such technology becomes mainstream, so shelve this under pipe dream for the moment.
