Japan is really serious about their games – as evident by the release of Monster Hunter Portable 3rd which has sold more than two million copies ever since it hit the Land of the Rising Sun on December 1st. This latest iteration will see the introduction of additional regions, monsters, and a revised Felyne combat system. No idea on whether this will make it Stateside or not, and things aren’t that simple any more that someone can just come up with a fan translation. Guess it is high time we picked up Japanese in order to experience all the good stuff which normally remains within the confines of Japan itself. There will also be a limited edition Japan only PSP-3000 model, known as the “Hunters PSP”, no prizes for guessing whether this will sell well or not.
