When Verizon Wireless rolled out the Motorola Droid Pro some time ago, we never really expected to see a doppelganger of sorts – but fast forward to today, and you get the Motorola i1Q iDEN Android smartphone, boasting a touchscreen display and full QWERTY keyboard located right below. It has already appeared in Argentinian website GrupoAndroid, boasting the Nextel logo behind, hence confirming it as an iDEN handset. Too bad initial reports point towards Android 2.1 as the operating system of choice, powered by a processor that won’t rock your socks off. The Motorola i1Q will most likely debut in South American countries, with a remote possibility of it hitting the US via Sprint. Either way, we know that Motorola hasn’t given up on the iDEN game yet since this is its second model after the Moto i1.
