Are you a T-Mobile USA subscriber? Well, if the answer is in the affirmative and you’re looking for a new USB modem to accompany you on your travels, here’s a piece of good news – ZTE of China has sent their MF591 to the FCC, gaining approval in the process. This USB modem is capable of hitting HSPA+ transfer rates of up to 21Mbps, boasting a rather svelte form factor with a USB dongle design which will fold away whenever you are not using it. We have no idea on pricing or availability as at press time, but if the FCC approval is of any indication, that would mean it will be hitting the mass market pretty soon – leading us to recommend you saving up for this as there is still some time left. It is interesting to note that the model sent to the FCC seem rather abused – check out the black marks on the bottom right hand segment of the USB modem above.
