It has been reported that sales figures for the Motorola Atrix 4G and the Xoom tablet aren’t exactly encouraging, so it isn’t too surprising to see that Amazon Wireless has already axed the Atrix 4G’s price to just $49.99 on a new two-year contract. That’s quite fast, considering how recent the phone was released, and it makes it more desirable too by being $150 cheaper than AT&T’s $199.99 price tag. Of course, the Atrix 4G isn’t the “best phone” in the market by far and large, but it is no performance slouch either – read our Atrix 4G review to know more about said handset. It does seem as though the $49.99 deal will be an offer that happens within a limited time, so if you’re looking to pick a new smartphone up, there isn’t a better time than now to do so.
