iOS simulator
App developers are probably familiar with the iOS simulator – a program for your computer that lets you test out any iOS apps you developed for the platform. While it’s possible to use your mouse to mimic the touch user interface on your computer, it’s just not the same as using your finger on the touchscreen of an iOS device. Well, a developer has somehow managed to find a way to get the iOS simulator running on his Mac, with the Dell ST2220T touchscreen monitor. With the use of the Touch-Base driver for OS X, he managed to turn his 21″ touchscreen display into a simulator for the iPad. Hit the break to watch a video of it in action:
