Turtle Beach has just introduced their latest Ear Force XP500 headphones that will arrive on the Xbox 360 platform, where it will offer Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound as well as Bluetooth chat capability. The Turtle Beach Ear Force XP500 Programmable Wireless Gaming Headset with Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound will work sans wires right out of the box, where it will be accompanied by an Xbox 360 Bluetooth Chat Adapter (XBA) that makes it the first of its kind for the Xbox 360.

You can also pair up the XP500 with other cell phones or smartphones, or perhaps use it in conjunction with a compatible portable media player to stream your music. Not only that, the XP500 will also let you configure up to 18 personalized presets to optimize game, chat, and microphone audio for various gaming situations. 

When you download the Advanced Sound Editor software, you too are able to conjure up your very own presets if you so desire, with the choice of uploading any of the numerous custom files that have been posted on the Turtle Beach website to make your life easier. Out later this fall for $269.95 a pop, there is still plenty of time left for you to start saving up for one of these puppies.
