So you’ve just bought yourself the new iPad, and chances are you’re probably on the lookout for a set of new cases for it as well. If you’ve particularly enjoyed Miniot’s Real Wood Cover for the iPad 2, you’ll be pleased to learn that the company is back with a successor designed for the third-generation iPad in mind dubbed the Miniot Cover Mk2, and much like its predecessor, it too will be made from real wood.

Apart from its wood material, the Miniot Cover Mk2 will also feature magnetic elements that will help keep the cover on securely when closed, and will also put the iPad to sleep or wake it up when you open/close it. The cover will also come with an ultrasuede microfabric underneath it which will help prevent scratches to your screen, and much like Apple’s Smart Covers for the iPad, the Miniot Cover Mk2 can also be rolled out into a variety of different heights/angles to prop up your iPad for better viewing. The Miniot Cover Mk2 is available via the company’s website for $90.
