There has been rumors circulating about the next generation iPhone, ranging from it featuring 1GB RAM to the possible inclusion of an A5X processor variant. Needless to say, those rumors have remained unsubstantiated, and for good reason, too. Here is yet another rumor fresh off the grapevine – it seems that you can add a 4″ display to the iPhone which will succeed the iPhone 4S. This is definitely an improvement over previous generation iPhones in terms of screen size, but it is still small, relatively speaking, when you compare it to many other Android-powered smartphones thee days.

I do expect the 4″ display to be one of the main selling points for the next iPhone, which is a vast improvement compared to the now stifling 3.5″ display on the current iPhone 4S. It remains to be seen just what kind of resolution will the 4″ display carry, as Apple is more or less guaranteed to want to maintain their Retina Display marketing edge. Do you think the new iPhone will come with a 4″ display, and what do you think Apple will call it?
