Remember yesterday we reported that Flipboard was supposedly working on a beta version that would soon be made available for other Android devices? Well the good news is that if the beta was what you were looking forward to, it seems that the day might have a little bit earlier than we had expected. Yup, it looks like Flipboard has launched a private beta of the Flipboard app for Android. Those interested in participating in the beta will just have to pop on over to Flipboard’s website and put in your email where they will then send you the instructions on how to proceed. It should be noted that an unofficial version of the app has been leaked not too long ago. It seems that the version that was leaked belonged on the Samsung Galaxy S3, which the app was originally destined to be an exclusive for. However we figure that some users might prefer a more “official” and supported version, so if that’s you, head on over to Flipboard’s website and just follow the instructions.
