So we mentioned last week that Flipboard would be arriving on Android soon. Supposedly the app would be an exclusive to the Samsung Galaxy S3 but it looks like that exclusivity has since been killed. Yup, it looks like Flipboard for Android has been leaked online and is pretty much available for just about any Android user to download! Having downloaded and tried it on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus, I can personally attest that the app works as intended and I have no issues logging into my Flipboard account and retrieving my feeds. Of course this does not mean that it will work with every single Android phone out there, but if you’re curious to see if the app works for your device, head on over to the XDA forums where you will be able to download the APK onto your phone. Based on the comments we’re seeing in the forums, it certainly looks like Samsung will be mighty upset at losing their exclusivity.
