Earlier today we reported that Nokia was allegedly planning to launch the Lumia 920 in November, although the sources were from European telecoms, leading us to wonder when will we be seeing the Windows Phone 8 handset arrive in the US. Well the folks at The Verge are now reporting that according to multiple sources familiar with the matter, Nokia is working with both Microsoft and AT&T in testing the phone for a release in the US. The phone is reportedly in AT&T’s labs at the moment and they are planning to release it on the 2nd of November, thus “confirming” the earlier report of a November release. It should be noted that the 2nd of November date is not set in stone and that it could slip if testing of the phone is not successful and if there are hiccups along the way. Either way our eyes will be peeled, so stay tuned for more updates!
