iPhone users, if you’re looking for a weather app and you’re a stickler for nice, clean and minimalist designs, then you might recall that back in July, we covered the WTHR app by David Elgena. Well the good news for iPhone 5 users is that Elgena has just recently updated the app – it is now known as the Weather Dial app, and not only has it been updated to fit the iPhone 5’s slightly larger display, but comes with a slight face lift, some added features and some improvements and bug fixes. For starters Elgena has updated the app and has fix the GPS bug for those who have been experiencing inaccurate readings. He has also included a % chance of precipitation over a 10-day forecast, added a new settings menu that allows the user to switch between the dark or light theme, or leave it out on auto (light theme during the day, dark theme at night), and he has also included sunset/sunrise times for those looking to catch the sunset or sunrise. The app itself costs $0.99, a small and extremely affordable price to pay for such a beautifully designed app. You can check out more screenshots or download it for yourself via the iTunes App Store.
