We all the jokes about Nokia phones being extremely tough and durable – in fact we’ve seen some demonstrations where the Nokia Lumia 920 has been put through the ringer. However do you think the Lumia 920 could survive after being crushed by a 24 ton Caterpillar truck? Well according to the reports, it seems that one owner accidentally dropped their Lumia 920 which was then accidentally run over by the truck. Safe to say no one thought it would survive, but in an attempt to locate the device, they decided to give the phone a ring and surprise, the phone rang! As you can see in the image above, the glass display is thoroughly shattered and obviously Nokia Care will not be replacing it. However the owner seems to be impressed enough by the Lumia 920’s durability that he would be buying himself another one. What do you guys think? Is the Lumia 920 really as durable as this?
