Both the White Nexus 4 and Android 4.3 update were expected to be unveiled at Google I/O 2013. There were many rumors regarding this, and despite the fact that various rumors about Google’s announcements turned out to be true, we didn’t hear any mention of the White Nexus 4 or Android 4.3 during the company’s three hour keynote. The White Nexus 4 was first spotted earlier this month, while Android 4.3 release at the conference was also rumored to have been locked down.

Sources at Google have reportedly said that this device and this hotly anticipated Android update will be released together on the 10th of June. We reported earlier today that the Bluetooth Special Interest Group had said that Android 4.3 will be released in the coming months. They’ve already confirmed that Google has committed to Bluetooth Smart support in Android 4.3. As far as the White Nexus 4 is concerned, there are no reports which hint at any specification changes, this is going to be the same Nexus 4 smartphone albeit in a different color. It was previously rumored that Google will launch a 32GB LTE Nexus 4 at I/O 2013 instead of the Nexus 5.
