sony-nex-7We’ve been hearing a lot of rumors about Sony launching a full-frame NEX camera, which supposedly will be the successor to the NEX-7. The camera has been pegged for a late September announcement and it seems that in the meantime, it looks as though the Sony NEX-7 has been out of stock in most Sony stores, suggesting that perhaps we could indeed be looking at its successor very soon. The stock seems to have run out in Sony Europe’s stores, such as Sony Germany, Sony France, and Sony Italy, so there is also the possibility that perhaps only these regions are the ones who are out of stock and could be getting new ones later, assuming that the full-frame Sony NEX rumor falls flat on its face. In any case we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more info, but with a September announcement rumored, we won’t have to wait too long to see if it will pan out.
