Samsung-Galaxy-S4-MiniIf you’re looking for a smartphone which shares some of the guts as the Samsung Galaxy S4, but comes in a smaller package, then perhaps the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini could be the droid that you are looking for. Granted the specs aren’t as amazing compared to later models released by Samsung’s competitors, but if you’re on a budget, the good news is that Sprint will be offering up the handset for free come Black Friday’s weekend. Of course needless to say you would be required to sign a new two-year contract with the carrier, but if you were in the market for a new phone and plan to begin with, it does sound like a pretty good deal.

The deal is expected to start on Black Friday and will carry on until the 2nd of December and will be available via Sprint’s online store or physical retail outlets. For those who might have forgotten about the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, this is more or less a shrunk down version of the Galaxy S4, although some of its specs are quite the same. The handset will feature a 4.3” qHD display and will pack a 1.7GHz dua-core chipset. It will be accompanied by 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of onboard storage with microSD card support for memory expansion, a 1.9MP front-facing camera, an 8MP rear-facing camera, and will come with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean preinstalled.
