When it comes to video games, people choose games for different reasons. Some choose a game because they like its story. Some people choose it for the gameplay. Others choose it for its graphics. While gameplay is the most important factor at the end of the day, graphics do play a big part in attracting gamers to the game in the first place. First impressions do count, after all.
That being said, if you were thinking about picking up Wolfenstein: The New Order and you were wondering which platform to play the game on, the folks at GameSpot have tossed together a comparison video in which they compare the game on the PC, the PlayStation 4, and the Xbox One. They’re not comparing gameplay here, but rather the graphics.
To be honest, all three platforms look great. There are some subtle differences in graphics, naturally, but it really boils down to which you prefer. Not to mention the platform you choose will also determine the kind of games you have access to in the future. It should also be noted that your PC will probably need to be specced out pretty well if you’re hoping to get the same level of graphics, so that’s worth taking into consideration.
