moto-x-review-05If there is one huge plus point that Motorola as a smartphone manufacturer carries in the industry, it would be this – they happen to be ahead of the rest of the pack when it comes to rolling out the latest Android updates for their smartphones, but even Motorola’s efficiency will still hit a snag when it comes to mobile carriers. While we know that the Motorola Moto X from Verizon has already gotten the Android 4.4.4 KitKat update soon, here we are with word that the AT&T model of the Moto X too, could be on the receiving end, especially when soak test invites have already been sent out to users.

As for Moto X users who are rocking to T-Mobile, they have had the advantage of rocking to this particular update for more than one month already, and once AT&T users get theirs, Sprint would be the odd one out of the so-called “big four” among mobile carriers over in the U.S.

What next after Android 4.4.4 KitKat? Well, it has also more or less been confirmed that the Android L update too, will be making its way over to the Moto X smartphone, so stay tuned and rest easy knowing that this one year old smartphone still has some life left in its legs.
