lg-g3-phone-006LG has been enjoying a fair bit of success with their recent handsets like the LG G2 and this year’s LG G3, which is why it isn’t a stretch of the imagination to think that the company has plans for a successor in the form of the LG G4 (or whatever it will be called) come 2015, but what exactly can we expect from the device?

So far we haven’t really heard much but according to a new rumor, word on the street has it that the LG G4 is expected to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in the sense that it will feature stylus capabilities. In fact not too long ago we had heard that LG filed for a trademark for the “LG G Pen” which seems to hint that it could either be a stylus accessory or a device with a stylus accessory.

Assuming this is true, it won’t be the first device with a stylus released by LG. However hopefully LG has managed to perfect its features as the company’s previous release didn’t exactly take advantage of the stylus the same way Samsung has done with its Galaxy Note series.

In any case take it with a grain of salt for now, but we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more information regarding the LG G4. As far as its release is concerned, the LG G3 was released towards the middle of this year, so we can only assume that the LG G4 will follow a similar release date, so unless LG changes their mind, we doubt we will be seeing the handset at CES or MWC 2015.
