swiftkey-ios-update

SwiftKey is a very powerful third party keyboard app that’s available on both Android and iOS. The app has been available on the former for a considerably longer period of time which is why that version has more features. Gradually more features are being added to the iOS counterpart. Through the latest update SwiftKey has added the ability to predict emojis in its app for iPhone and iPad.

More than 800 emojis are built right into the keyboard and all users have to do is update SwiftKey. Once the update is installed these emojis will be accessible and the keyboard will automatically predict which emoji the user is likely to use. It works on the same principle as text prediction.

The more users take advantage of SwiftKey’s emoji prediction feature the better it will get over time. SwiftKey will automatically add an appropriate emoji in a suggestion box based on what the user is typing.

SwiftKey for iOS has also received support for 11 new languages which include Russian, Turkish, Icelandic, Indonesian and Latvian.

Users on iPad will notice that they can finally use the SwiftKey Flow feature which was previously only available on the iPhone app. This feature predicts words as the user swipes their finger across the keyboard.

The latest SwiftKey for iOS update is available now from the App Store.
