The Samsung Galaxy A8 is a phone that we have been hearing about for a while now. We’ve seen it at the FCC, we’ve seen leaked photos, but in case you were still skeptical about the phone and its design, perhaps this might change your mind. A new video has surfaced in which it shows the upcoming handset given a hands-on treatment.

Unfortunately the video does not have any sound so we’re not sure what the person in the video might be saying, if he is saying anything at all, but it does seem to confirm what we have seen previously in leaked photos. It also gives us a better idea of how big the phone might be, which at the moment has yet to be confirmed.

According to the rumored specs, the Samsung Galaxy A8 will sport a 5.7-inch Full HD display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset under its hood. It will also be accompanied by 2GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage, a 16MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, built-in fingerprint scanning support, and a 3,050mAh battery.

Like we said these are just rumored specs at the moment since Samsung has yet of officially announce the device, but given how far along it seems to be and the fact that it has stopped by the FCC, chances are we could be getting an official announcement in the near future, so check back with us then for the details.
