galaxy-core-prime-edIt was just last week that we heard rumors of a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Value Edition being in the pipeline, and it does look as though that particular model is not going to be so lonely after all. Why do we say so? Well, it apparently looks as though there could be a Galaxy Core Prime Value Edition to keep it company, and this device looks all primed (pardon the pun) to come out with Android 5.1 Lollipop right out of the box.

One ought to take note that the original Galaxy Core Prime from Samsung is already running on Android 5.0, but with this bit of information that having Android 5.1 Lollipop to arrive on the spot without having to go through the hassle of an OS update later on is definitely more than welcome.

Leaked hardware specifications for the Galaxy Core Prime Value Edition do not seem to have changed one bit though, as it will, in all probability, arrive with a 4.5” display, a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, a 5-megapixel shooter at the back, 8GB of internal memory, and 4G LTE connectivity. Ah well, like all other rumors and whispers, we will only have to sit tight and wait for time to reveal it all.
