google_keep_iosIf you are using an iOS device, you have the default Notes app. This app will sync across all your iOS devices as well as save to the cloud, so if you have a Mac computer and multiple iOS devices, then the default Notes app will come in handy. However if you’re more of a Google user, you might be pleased to learn that Google Keep has made its way onto iOS.

For those who are hearing about Google Keep for the first time, basically this is Google’s take on a notes and to-do app for Android. It was only available for Android for the longest time ever so its arrival on iOS is pretty good news for iOS users. This app will function pretty much the same way as the iOS Notes app.

It will be able to take notes, make to-do lists, and it will also be able to sync with Chrome, its Android app, or even the web version. So if you tend to use Google for your productivity like with Google Docs and Google Drive, then we suppose using Google Keep might be a better idea than the default Notes app.

It is also a slightly more comprehensive take on the Notes app so if you’d like a bit more functionality, Google Keep is a free app and can be downloaded via the iTunes App Store.
