oneplus-x-champagne-pressIf you’re looking for a mid-ranger with decent specs and a relatively affordable price, the OnePlus X is one of the newer contenders in this field. However if aesthetics plays an important role in your decision making process, you will be pleased to learn that as promised, OnePlus has started selling both the Ceramic and Champagne editions of the phone.

Both phones will be available to purchase every week on Tuesday as part of OnePlus’ open sales, where basically once a week customers will be able to purchase the OnePlus X without the need for an invite. Note that however the devices will only be available in Europe and Hong Kong for now, and are expected to make its way to North America in January.

Those living in North America can still get in on the open sales, but they can only choose the Onyx version of the phone. OnePlus also points out that both the Ceramic and Champagne editions of the phone will be limited in quantity each week, so if you’d like to get your hands on them you should probably move fast.

Apart from the difference in finish and color options, the OnePlus X Ceramic and Champagne editions will remain identical to the Onyx version under the hood, meaning that customers can look forward to a 5-inch Full HD display, a Snapdragon 801 chipset, a 13MP rear-facing camera, and an 8MP front-facing camera.
