It was reported yesterday that T-Mobile might soon be launching a new promotion that will appeal to customers who are looking to purchase two or more smartphones either for themselves or their family members. T-Mobile’s “Buy One Smartphone, Get One Half-Off’ promotion has gone live now, the name itself is pretty self-explanatory, customers can get two of the same manufacturer’s smartphones with one only costing them half-price.

The catch here is that you must choose two devices of the same manufacturer because you can’t get two devices from two different manufacturers. Only Samsund and LG smartphones are being offered in this promotion.

Smartphones eligible for this promotion include the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy Note 5, LG G4 and the LG V10.

New and existing customers can take advantage of this promotion and purchase an eligible smartphone at full retail price or the equipment installment plan and get 50% off the full price of the second device from the same manufacturer. The discount is applied instantly at the point of sale.

T-Mobile hasn’t said how long this promotion will be available, it only confirms that this is a limited time affair, with devices subject to availability. Customers will also have to pay taxes and fees on both devices that they purchase as part of this promotion.

Customers who are interested in taking advantage of this new promotion from T-Mobile can either head over to their local Magenta store or call T-Mobile to order their devices over the phone.
