Unboxing videos aren’t new and we’ve seen more than our fair share of such videos in the past, and in some cases, we’ve even created them ourselves. However it seems that T-Mobile might have stumbled upon a winning formula when it comes to unboxing videos following their Galaxy S7 unboxing video, in which it was done underwater to show off the handset’s water-resistant capabilities.

This time they’re back for round two and it is an unboxing video for the upcoming LG G5 where the handset is unboxed and described while T-Mobile’s @AskDes is being driven around in a rally car at high speeds. The LG G5 does not have any kind of protective capabilities or that it is particularly fast so we’re not sure what correlation it has to rally cars, but either way it does make for a rather fun and entertaining video.

There’s nothing new revealed in the video about the handset, but if you’re curious about what’s in the box and want to see what it could be like to unbox a new phone while in a rally car, this should check all the boxes. In the meantime the carrier has also announced that they will be taking orders for the handset come 29th of March.

Customers who order the phone before certain dates are eligible to receive freebies, such as a battery bundle, or if you order it even earlier, you will be able to get a free LG 360 CAM, which for those who forgot is a 360-degree camera LG launched at MWC last month.
