asus-zenfone-2-frontIt is nice to know that modern day hardware, smartphones especially, would receive updates from time to time, ensuring that whatever hardware that lies underneath the hood would be able to gain as much mileage as possible. The thing is, there are times when the updates released are broken, causing more heartache and stress than anything else. This had apparently happened to the Asus ZenFone 2 earlier last month, but it looks like the latest OTA update has solved whatever issues that arose before.

In other words, the latest OTA update for the Asus ZenFone 2 has made the handset more stable – a whole lot more. This particular OTA update would weigh in at 103MB, and just in case you have not yet picked up the notification to download the update for your ZenFone 2, you can always opt for the manual download by heading to Settings > About phone and Check for updates. No official changelist is available at the moment, but the bootsplash for the update says it all, “A new system update is provided to improve stability.”

For those who have already applied the update, how has your experience been?
