Moto-Z-playA couple of months ago, Motorola launched the Moto Z and Moto Z Force. However if the rumors are to be believed, that’s not all the company has up their sleeves as we have also been hearing rumors that a certain Moto Z Play is in the works as well. Now thanks to photos posted on Google+ by Jerry Yin (via TechDroider), we have an idea of what it could look like.

Right off the bat the photos don’t look too different from the Moto Z and Z Force. The huge circular camera will still be in place, and there is also the connector in which users can attach Moto Mods to, but other than it doesn’t really look too different. However that’s pretty much where the similarities end.

From what we have heard previously, the Moto Z Play will come with lower-end specs compared to the Moto Z and Z Force, meaning that the handset is aimed at users on a budget, but who also want Moto Mod support. We have heard that the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset, 2/3GB of RAM depending on the rumors you buy into,  and will come with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

In any case this should of course be taken with a grain of salt for now, but hopefully with all these leaks, Motorola is close to making it official.
