There have been some rumors recently that OnePlus is working on a new handset that might be launched as the OnePlus 3T. This handset was previously known as the OnePlus 3 Plus but recent reports suggest that it might actually be called the OnePlus 3T. It’s now being said that this handset is going to be released later this month, November 14th to be precise.

Rumor has it that OnePlus is going to launch this smartphone on November 14th. The OnePlus 3T might be priced at $480, about $80 over and above what the company charges for the OnePlus 3.

Previous rumors suggested that this handset might feature an LCD display instead of the AMOLED display found on the OnePlus 3 but since OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei recently said that the company is going to stick with Optic AMOLED for now, the LCD display thing might not pan out.

As far as the specs are concerned, the OnePlus 3T is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 821 processor with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB of storage. It may also feature a 16 megapixel Sony IMX398 sensor as well as a 3,300mAh battery.

Additional features might include 4G VoLTE support, fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C port and support for Dash Charge. The design is expected to remain the same as the OnePlus 3T but may come with Android 7.0 Nougat installed straight out of the box.
