halo-wars-2If you are interested in playing Halo Wars 2, Microsoft has confirmed that the game will be released on both the Xbox One and PC platforms. If you’re more of a PC gamer, then you might want to take note of the PC system requirements that was recently released, just in case you’re running an older rig that needs to be upgraded.

According to the minimum system requirements, PC gamers are expected to run Windows 10 64-bit. They will also require at least 6GB of RAM and an Intel Core i5-2500 or AMD FX-4350 or better. They will also need a GPU that’s either the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660, AMD Radeon HD 7750, or an Intel HD 520 or better with at least 2GB of VRAM.

In terms of the recommended hardware requirements, once again Windows 10 for the operating system is the bare minimum required of gamers. We are also looking at more RAM at 8GB, and on the processor front we’re talking about an Intel Core i5-4690K or an AMD FX-8350 or better. For the graphics we’re looking at 4GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or an AMD Radeon RX 480.

Halo Wars 2 will be released on the 21st of February, 2017 and we should remind you guys that the game is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, meaning that purchasing the title on the PC or Xbox One will let you play it on the other platform without having to purchase the game again.
