galaxy-s7-design_03The Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to be announced in the next few months, but if you’re not too fussed about having the latest smartphone and you just need something now, perhaps the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge could be of interest to you, especially when you consider the fact that T-Mobile is currently running a Netflix promotion for it.

According to T-Mobile’s offer, it seems that if you were to buy or lease a Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge, you will be given a free one year’s subscription to Netflix. This promotion seems to be valid between the 1st of February until the 7th of February, so you have about a week to make your decision. Once you’ve bought your device, you’ll have to register on Samsung’s website where you’ll enter your device information and upload a copy of your receipt.

Once that is done you should receive a single-use code that will let you claim one year’s free subscription to Netflix. Given that Netflix is priced at $10 a month, a free one year’s subscription means that you’ll save yourself $120, although we guess the downside is that you might be too addicted or reliant on the service afterwards where you’ll keep on subscribing, which we guess is kind of their goal.

However if you don’t mind having a free one year subscription then perhaps purchasing a Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge could be a good idea.
