The backward compatibility feature of the Xbox One enables console owners to play games originally released for the Xbox 360 on the current-generation console. Microsoft continues to expand the Xbox One backward compatibility list so that there’s even more choice of Xbox 360 games for Xbox One owners. Four new additions have been made to the list today. They take the total number of backward compatible games for Xbox One to 399.

Costume Quest 2 is one of the games that has been added to the list today. Players can trick, treat, and pick a fight with villainous dental soldiers in Costume Quest 2. This RPG adventure offers new features and gameplay improvements on the Xbox One.

Next up is Frontlines: Fuel of War. It’s a military-themed infantry open-world FPS title. The game pits two massive military alliances against each other in the battle for supremacy. Quantum Conundrum and Virtua Fighter 2 are two of the other titles that have been added to the list today.

The backward compatible games list for Xbox One now stands at 399, just one short of the 400 milestone. It’s set to increase significantly in the months to come as Microsoft has said that it’s even going to add games that were made for the original Xbox console.

All of the titles mentioned above can now be purchased via the Xbox Store.
