#IFA2017 – While there were some who might have hoped to see new wearables announced at the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 launch event, it seems that you guys will have to wait a little bit longer because Samsung has announced that they will be live streaming their event at IFA 2017 and that new wearables will be announced.

In a post on Twitter, Samsung shared a link to its website where those who are interested will be able to tune into the company’s live stream for IFA 2017 which will be kicking off on the 30th of August, 2017 at 6PM CET. Samsung had previously confirmed their plans for a new smartwatch and in fact some photos of the smartwatch and fitness tracker might have been leaked already in a previous report.

However it seems that in addition to new wearables, Samsung’s announcement also suggests that they will be launching other connected devices as well. Samsung’s post reads, “The invite-only event will showcase products designed to seamlessly integrate into everyday life and streamline more facets of our evolving, increasingly connected lifestyles.”

We suppose we’ll just have to wait and see what the company has in store for us, so do remember to tune in during IFA 2017 and Samsung’s live stream if this is something you might be interested in.
