Just like Mario, Crash Bandicoot has become one of the more iconic game mascots in gaming history, although it seems that the character has been more synonymous with Sony’s PlayStation platform. However it looks like that could change because in a post on Reddit, it seems that Keymailer has listed Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy for the Switch.

It is unclear if this listing was made in error and that the game was meant for the PlayStation, or if the listing might have hinted at what could come. It should be pointed out that Crash Bandicoot has made its way onto Nintendo’s platforms in the past, like with Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure which was released on the Game Boy Advance about 15 years ago.

Granted like we said that the franchise seems to be more associated with the PlayStation platform than most, various Crash Bandicoot titles have also found its way onto the likes of the Xbox 360, the Wii, and mobile devices, so for Activision to release the game onto the Nintendo Switch wouldn’t be that much of a stretch.

However it is possible that the listing was made in error, which certainly seems more likely than anything, so maybe don’t get your hopes up just yet and hopefully we’ll get some kind of official confirmation/denial soon.
