Some of you may not have heard about MoviePass. It’s a subscription service that lets you pay a fixed charge monthly to go see as many movies as you can in theaters across the United States. The company is cutting its prices once again. The new one year move theater subscription plan now costs $6.95 per month only. It’s a good deal for a service that’s available for use at 91 percent of the theaters across the United States.

Prior to this price cut, the MoviePass subscription used to cost $9.95 per month. The new price is valid if subscribers opt for the one year plan. They will be paying a total of $89.95 over the course of the year.

MoviePass has confirmed that existing subscribers will receive a 25 percent saving from their current $9.95 per month plan if they opt for the new plan as well.

It also mentions that this plan is going to be available for a limited time. MoviePass hasn’t said how long this promotion is going to be valid and if this pricing change is going to be made permanent at any point in the future.

“This limited time offer is great for movie-lovers. At $6.95 per month, it’s hard to compare it to anything else that provides as much entertainment for a full year,” said Mitch Lowe, CEO of MoviePass.
