Xbox Live Gold members receive a handful of free games every month as part of their subscription. Microsoft has confirmed the Xbox Live Games with Gold for the month of December 2017. Two games each will be offered to subscribers who own an Xbox One and Xbox 360. Since the Xbox 360 titles are backward compatible, that means the subscribers who own an Xbox One essentially get four free games as part of their subscription.

Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide, a $39.99 value, is going to be free to download for Xbox Live Gold members on the Xbox One during the month of December. The $19.99 Back to the Future: The Game – 30th Anniversary Edition is also going to be available for free from December 16th to January 15th.

Child of Eden, which normally costs $29.99, is going to be free for Xbox Live members on Xbox 360 from December 1st through December 15th. Marlow Briggs and the Mask of the Death, a $14.99 value, is going to be free from December 16th through December 31st.

Both of the titles that are available for free to members with an Xbox 360 will also be playable on the Xbox One as they’re backward compatible. These titles will be available as free downloads for all Xbox Live Gold members in all markets where Xbox Live is available.
