Sony’s new God of War game is looking good, but unfortunately apart from announcing the game, sharing some details, and also releasing a couple of trailers here and there, a release date has yet to be confirmed, but that could potentially have been revealed thanks to a recent listing on the PlayStation Store.

Initially spotted by Wario64 (via GameSpot), the listing on the PlayStation Store has revealed the game’s potential release date for the 22nd of March, 2018. However as GameSpot has noted, the date has since been changed and the page updated where it now says the 31st of December, 2018.

Of course neither date can be confirmed, but the update does seem to come across as being a placeholder date, since we doubt Sony would release the game that late. This means that it is possible that the 22nd of March, 2018 date could be the real deal and was revealed ahead of time, or that’s the popular consensus for now.

It should be noted that earlier this year it was speculated that the game could be released on the 28th of November, 2017, but clearly that did not pan out, so maybe don’t get your hopes up just yet, but we’ll keep our eyes and ears peeled for potentially more details.
