Lenovo has recently been teasing a new device which it claims is going to be all-screen, meaning that it will have a screen-to-body ratio of more than 95 percent. The front of the device will be all display without a notch so it would certainly set this handset apart from the competition. Lenovo has gradually been revealing information about this handset and the camera samples that it has now posted online suggest that the device will feature a dual camera system at the back.

Lenovo’s President Chang Cheng recently hinted that this device, which he refers to as the Lenovo Z5, is going to feature 4TB of internal storage. He has also said that four technological breakthroughs will be introduced with this device which will also feature 18 patented technologies.

The Lenovo Z5 camera samples posted on Weibo are accompanied by a watermark which reads “AI Dual Camera.” This not only suggests that the device will have a dual camera setup at the back, but that the camera itself will have artificial intelligence features which is a trend that many smartphone manufacturers are jumping on this year.

The images themselves try to show off the camera’s prowess in night and dusk conditions when lighting is typically not that great outdoors. It’s certainly not enough to form a solid opinion about the camera performance of this device but it does look promising.

Lenovo is yet to confirm when the Z5 is going to be launched and in which countries it’s going to be available for purchase.
