Players who own the base Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4 game will be delighted to know that the Premium Pass for each title is free this week. Premium Pass is what EA calls the season pass for these titles. EA has followed up its recent giveaways of DLC packs for the titles over the past few months by offering the entire season pass for free to those who own the base game.

The Battlefield 1 Premium Pass will offer the They Shall Not Pass, In the Name of the Tsar, Turning Tides, and Apocalypse expansions to players. This means that they will get access to all 16 maps in addition to the elite classes that are unique to each map. They will also get new weapons and Battlepacks with cosmetic items.

Those who own Battlefield 4 will get its Premium Pass that includes the China Rising, Second Assault, Naval Strike, Dragon’s Teeth, and Final Stand expansions. The pass also includes new vehicles, maps, weapons, and cosmetic items.

The only caveat here is that these Premium Passes are currently being offered to PC gamers only through Origin. EA hasn’t confirmed at this point in time if these passes, normally worth $49.99 each, will be made available for free on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as well. PC gamers can claim their free Premium Pass until September 18th.
