It was reported earlier this month that Huawei’s Honor sub-brand could launch a new smartwatch alongside its upcoming device. It’s due to launch the Honor Magic 2 smartphone tomorrow and reports suggest that the Honor Watch may be unveiled alongside it. A couple of images of the upcoming smartwatch have now surfaced online ahead of its official launch tomorrow.

The images have apparently surfaced inside the official Huawei Health app. The ability to pair the Honor Watch with the app appears to have been added prematurely. As expected, the Honor Watch looks quite similar to the Huawei Watch GT.

We can see the same circular display and design language. It may also have similar features which could include the 30 day battery life, integrated GPS, and a heart rate monitor. There even seem to be two physical buttons on the side of this smartwatch. Users will be able to personalize its look with interchangeable straps.

The Honor Watch will likely be more affordably priced than its Huawei counterpart so it’s quite likely that some features from the latter may not make the cut. The full spec details about the Honor Watch haven’t surfaced as yet but given that the announcement is due tomorrow, it’s not going to be a long wait for Honor fans.
