The Xbox One mouse and keyboard support was confirmed last month and Microsoft has been working on making it a reality for gamers. Members of the Alpha Skip Ahead and Beta programs will now be able to try out the Xbox One mouse support in preview. It now supports a Quest available through the Xbox Insider Hub.

This is part of the new 1811 Xbox One system update that’s out now for members of the Xbox One Preview Beta Ring. The update brings a handful of other fixes and improvements in addition to the Quest in the Xbox Insider Hub which lets members experience mouse and keyboard support in Warframe.

Players will only be able to test the Xbox One mouse support out in Warframe right now but it should give them a good idea of what to expect when the full mouse and keyboard support becomes available for Microsoft’s console.

There are no specific hardware requirements to play with a mouse and keyboard on the Xbox One. It will be optional for game developers to support this so it’s not like all games will be playable with this combination of input devices. The full changelog of what’s included in this Xbox One Preview Beta Ring update is available on the Xbox website.
