Have you ever wanted to read all the comics you want without having to buy each and every issue? That’s what comiXology is hoping to entice readers with when they launched their comiXology Unlimited subscription service, which one could call the Netflix of comics. Now it looks like DC’s comics, or at least some of it, will be part of that subscription.

DC has announced that they have entered into a deal with comiXology and Amazon (who owns comiXology) where select DC and DC Vertigo titles will be included in the subscription of comiXology Unlimited, Kindle Unlimited, and Prime Reading. This includes popular DC characters and franchises such as Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Justice League, along with Vertigo’s Sandman, Watchmen, V for Vendetta, Transmetropolitan, Preacher, 100 Bullets, and Fables, just to name a few.

The subscription to comiXology at $5.99 a month will continue to remain the same, so subscribers will now be getting more for the same price. According to comiXology CEO and Co-Founder David Steinberger, “With the addition of DC and DC Vertigo titles we’re providing more convenience and a great opportunity for readers to discover and explore some of the best stories comics have to offer at no additional cost to their current Prime, Kindle Unlimited or comiXology unlimited subscription.”

comiXology Unlimited has a 30-day free trial for those who are interested in checking out the service and deciding whether or not they want to take it up.
