When Huawei announced their Huawei P30 smartphones, the company also took the wraps off several other products. One of those products is the Huawei FreeLace headphones, which you can see in the image above. These are wireless headphones, which are a dime a dozen, but yet Huawei managed to include certain features that helped set it apart.

Right off the bat, you might realize that these headphones are very similar to Apple’s own Beats X headphones in terms of design, and you would be right. The ends of each earplug features a magnet that allows the headphones to clip together around your neck when not in use, but that’s where the similarities end.

The FreeLace will feature the use of 9.2mm titanium-plated drivers which is pretty big for headphones of this size, meaning that it should be able to deliver relatively solid audio quality (we haven’t tested it ourselves). It also features the use of USB-C which is used for not only pairing the headphones to your smartphone, but it can also be used to charge the headphones where a 5 minute charge should provide 4 hours of audio playback.

These are some pretty nifty features and if you’re interested, they will be available in a Black, Amber Sunrise, Emerald Green, or Moonlight Silver finish.
