It has been many years since the Breaking Bad series came to an end. In terms of series finales, we reckon that it was probably one of the better ones, where it wrapped things up nicely without necessarily falling into the usual kinds of TV tropes. However, following the end of the series, there have been rumors about a Breaking Bad movie in the works.

Turns out the rumors were true because Netflix has since officially announced that “El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie” will be launching on its platform on the 11th of October. It is unclear as to what the plot of the movie will be, given how the series ended, but a short teaser trailer featuring Skinny Pete from the series has been released.

However, it does make mention of Aaron Paul’s character Jesse Pinkman, so we imagine that Paul’s character will be making an appearance, although how big of a role he plays remains to be seen. As to whether or not we’ll be seeing Bryan Cranston’s Walter White character also remains to be seen, although the actor had previously acknowledged that the movie was happening.

Either way, we’ll have to wait and see how this turns out, but if you’re a huge Breaking Bad fan and wouldn’t mind seeing new content, then be sure to tune into Netflix on the 11th of October to watch the movie.
